At Visuals in June, we’re committed to delivering a professional and enjoyable photography experience. To ensure a smooth session for both of us, please review the following terms and conditions before booking.

booking and payments
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session.
• The remaining balance is due before/on the day of the shoot.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.

session Guidelines
• Please arrive on time to maximize your session.
• Outfits, props, and additional guests should be planned in advance.
• Sessions exceeding the booked time may be extended at an additional fee.

Image Delivery & Editing
• Edited images will be delivered within 5 business days/2 weeks.
• Retouching includes basic edits (lighting, skin smoothing); advanced edits may require an extra charge.
• All Unedited images are provided after purchase

Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled session within [48 hours].
• If Visuals in June cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy
- One-Time Complimentary Reschedule: Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per session, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Additional Rescheduling Fee: Any reschedule request beyond the first will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before the new date is confirmed.
- Short Notice Rescheduling: Requests made within 24 hours of the session may be treated as a cancellation and subject to loss of deposit or full payment, depending on the package booked.
- Maximum Reschedule Limit: After two reschedules, the session will be terminated without refund, and a new booking will be required to continue.
- Weather Exceptions: For outdoor sessions, reschedules due to weather are allowed at no additional charge, at the discretion of the photographer.
- Studio/Location Availability: Reschedule dates are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the same time, date, or location will be available.
- Timeliness Matters: Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice may result in the session being canceled or cut short without refund or extension.
